Hi there! I am Trineene Hall, the CEO and founder of Holistic Development in Action. I am a Behavior Support Consultant that specializes in behavior management utilizing the Cognitive Behavior Therapy Approach (CBT) and a certified trainer for Bright from the Start/Quality Rated and has provided staff and organizational development for various brands. I hold a B.A. in Sociology and a M.S. in Professional Counseling & Organizational and Industrial Psychology. I promote office workflow and documentation in order to ensure compliance while promoting organizational structure and growth. I also specialize in Psychoeducation with adolescents, aging adults, workplace therapy, and Department of Behavioral Health & Developmental Disability (DBHDD) individuals.
Behavior Support
As a Behavior Support Specialist, I strive to provide the highest quality care possible to all individuals requiring Behavior Support Services and Consultation. I operate in accordance with DBHDD Standards for providing services along with a Holistic Approach. The Holistic Approach fosters a multi-dimensional model to help build individuals behaviorally, mentally, emotionally, physically, occupationally, and socially. Each behavior support plan is based on the individual’s specific goals and needs as outlined in their care plan. I am also here to model and train the elements implemented in the plan in order to decrease and de-escalate, while fostering a stable and safe environment.
